Solid packing

Step 1. Double HMHDPE virgin plastic bags are kept in virgin HMHDPE drum.
Step 2. Solid product is then filled into these HMHDPE bags and then sealed.
Step 3. HMHDPE drums containing these sealed bags are now sealed.
Step 4. Both bag and drum seal numbers are noted and sent to the client.
Step 4. These drums are labelled as per CLP regulations.
Step 5. These drums are palletised as per customer requirements.

Liquid packing

Step 1. A suitable packing HMHDPE drums is cleaned and filled with liquid
product(Quantity as per client requirement i.e. 50-200Kg).
Step 2. These drums are now sealed and Labelled with CLP regulations.
Step 3. These drums are palletised as per customer requirements.
